Job Description

As a Client Relationship Executive in the Sharing Economy Division, you will be the primary liaison between our sharing economy clients and various departments within Crum & Forster, including underwriting, operations, risk engineering, and claims. Your role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service, facilitating smooth onboarding, and ensuring clear communication across all touchpoints.

 

What you will do for C&F:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for sharing economy customers.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal departments such as underwriting, operations, risk engineering, and claims.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Ensure the claims department understands the coverage provided and provisions access to C&F systems.
  • Participate in marketing calls with potential clients to explain claims capabilities.
  • Assist the claims department in assessing the staffing impact of potential clients.
  • Keep clients informed about significant developments in their claims.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.
  • Monitor the progress of claims to ensure they are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide training to clients on how to use the company's systems and processes.
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the claims process.
  • Travel may be required.

 

What you will bring to C&F:

 

  • 5+ years of proven claims experience in the insurance industry, with 3-5 years of experience managing customer relationships a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong client-focused personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with large deductibles or loss-sensitive provisions is a plus.

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $82,900.00 to a maximum of $121,600.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
