Executive Account Manager – Technical Risk Underwriting
Primary Location: Anywhere Continental USA
What you will do:
In this position you will be responsible for actively managing a renewal book of shared and layered Technical Risk property accounts. You will manage a renewal portfolio of manufacturing and DIC Earthquake property accounts which includes negotiating renewal terms, managing policy changes and maintaining Company records. In addition, you will service customer needs in a timely manner per Company guidelines. Demonstrate technical underwriting skills for risk selection, exposure evaluation, pricing tools while operating within C&F guidelines to achieve an underwriting profit. Prepare accounts for modeling using RMS tools. Prepare referrals per the Company guidelines. Prepare quotes, binders and policies per the Company guidelines. Responsible for achieving renewal and loss ratio goals as assigned. Keep abreast of market trends, competition and products. Obtain Surplus Lines Broker License in California.

The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $74,900 to a maximum of $140,700. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
