Job Description

Since 2000, Crum & Forster’s Accident & Health division (A&H) has offered a diverse portfolio of specialty insurance and reinsurance products nationwide. We place a strong focus on product development and creative distribution methods, along with excellent client service and support.

The Reporting department of the Crum & Forster Accident & Health segment is looking for a multi-talented individual to join the Reporting team. This position that will interact internally with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Compliance, IT, Regulatory, and externally with the divisions business partners. This position will be focused on supporting the Companies’ automation initiatives and processing information received from partners. 

 

 

This is a hybrid role based in the Eatontown, NJ and surrounding area.

 

 

What you will do for C&F:

 

  • Analyze, reconcile, and triage data received from partners to permitted parameters to
    allow for effective robotic process automation daily
  • Assist the internal accounting team in reconciling client data
  • Collaborate internally with various departments
  • Compile data and analyze for submission to States to satisfy regulatory reporting
    requirements
  • Document business processes and help identify improvements in a simple, clear concise
    manner
  • Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements,
    specified in an appropriate level of detail and forms suitable for use by those who must
    base their work on the requirements
  • Perform requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are
    complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and
    verifiable, and that they conform to standards
  • Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to
    ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly
  • Reduce or eliminate process redundancies and inefficiencies
  • Perform special projects and assignments under the direction of senior personnel

What you will bring to C&F:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited institution preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret complex information with moderate supervision
  • Personal concern, interest, pride and accountability in all areas of responsibility
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organization and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly present information both verbally and in writing
  • Multi-tasking – Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $44,000.00 to a maximum of $64,600.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
