The VP Digital Transformation & Technology is responsible for guiding the digital and technology strategy for the Accident & Health (A&H) division, with a particular focus on modernization, self-service enablement, and scalable platform delivery. The role spans technical oversight and cross-functional alignment across program business, direct-to-consumer (DTC) and agency travel insurance (TII), and C&F Stop Loss (CFSL) initiatives.

The VP, Digital Transformation & Technology will lead our current technology and operational foundation while establishing a roadmap for our future – one that considers leading edge next-gen core insurance systems, digital experience platforms, partnerships, ecosystems and data and analytic solutions that are on a modern architecture that supports easy, rapid integration in the cloud. This visionary leader will establish solutions that drive speed to implementation, speed to market and speed to value, at scale, to accelerate A&H to $5B. This individual will play a key leadership role in defining and leading our roadmap of complex, cross portfolio data and technology transformations with executives, internal stakeholders, and leaders across our organization to support the successful delivery of enterprise strategy. This leader will model A&H core values and actively build trust and partnerships and be a champion of collaboration across our organization as well as collaborating with C&F Corporate IT. There is significant accountability in this role and the development and execution of our data and technology roadmap will be very impactful to our organization. The role will have a broad mandate across the organization, working with multiple initiative leaders, C-levels, SVPs and VPs to challenge and engage in delivery.

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $158,000 to a maximum of $231,800. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
