  • Manage vendor relationships and partner with IT & Security to secure privacy / cybersecurity approvals.
  • Oversee continuous platform optimization, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Develop reusable Journey Builder templates, data extensions, and automation workflows for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Provide hands-on support for campaign builds while upskilling teammates through coaching and training.
  • Monitor campaign performance; recommend real-time optimizations to improve conversion and engagement KPIs.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and self-service reporting that surface KPIs, funnel analytics, and ROI.
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights that guide campaign strategies.
  • Measure post-implementation performance and champion a culture of ongoing optimization.
  • Stakeholder Needs Assessment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align process design with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. Assist marketing teams by interviewing experts, documenting current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing improvement plans.

What You will bring to C&F:

  • Proven success architecting and integrating multi-channel marketing stacks (email, social, web, advertising, analytics) at enterprise scale.
  • Advanced analytics proficiency: segmentation, analysis, attribution.
  • Strong grasp of data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and influence without authority.
  • Superior communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into business value narratives for executive audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for documentation and continuous improvement.
  • Capable of working across complex, decentralized organizations and environments prone to regular change
  • Fast paced, with capability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to use creative and critical thinking to identify and solve problems
  • Some travel required for team meetings and employee events

Requirements:

  • 10+ years progressive experience in B2B marketing operations, demand generation, or martech management (insurance or regulated industry preferred).
  • Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and associated APIs; certifications a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
