Job Description

Travel Insured International, a Crum & Forster company, is hiring for a Senior Digital Analytics Manager in our Marketing team.

The Senior Digital Analytics Manager will lead our digital analytics and reporting initiatives, with a primary focus on Google Analytics 4 (GA4), website tracking, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to measure, analyze, and optimize digital marketing performance across all channels, supporting data-driven decision-making and business growth. This role will also leverage historical data and advanced analytics techniques to forecast future trends and inform proactive marketing strategies.

 

This process-oriented individual will have extensive experience managing digital analytics platforms, implementing website tracking solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, outside consultants, and agencies. This role will oversee the end-to-end analytics process, including the setup and maintenance of GA4 properties, tag management, and the creation of comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

This role is on a hybrid schedule in our Glastonbury, CT office or can be 100% remote in the Eastern US.  

What you will do for C&F:

 

  • Leading the implementation and optimization of GA4 and other analytics tools to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing analytics strategies to support omni-channel marketing plans and strategic business objectives.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and IT teams to define tracking requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • Creating and maintaining automated reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze website data to uncover trends and patterns that reveal user behavior and overall site performance.
  • Forecasting: leverage historical data and advanced analytics techniques to forecast future trends and inform proactive marketing strategies.
  • Optimization & Strategic Insights: Generate actionable insights to enhance website content, design, user experience, and digital marketing strategies.
  • A/B Testing Guidance: Leverage data to design and inform A/B tests, comparing website elements to determine the most effective variations.
  • SEO/SEM Data Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to shape SEO and SEM strategies through in-depth data analysis.

What you will bring to C&F:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, a related discipline or equivalent experience is required
  • 8 years of experience in a digital marketing analytics, web analytics, or a related role in B2B/B2C eCommerce is required
  • 5 years of managing analytics projects and delivering actionable insights is required
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools is required
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI would be a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing channel is required
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies is required
  • Analytical Expertise: Exceptional ability to analyze and interpret data, uncovering trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Communication Abilities: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data Presentation: Skilled at presenting complex data and analytical findings in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner for diverse audiences.
  • Attribution Expertise: Deep understanding of attribution models and their application in both B2B and B2C eCommerce environments to accurately measure and optimize the impact of marketing channels on customer journeys and conversions.

Crum & Forster is committed to ensuring a workplace free from discriminatory pay disparities and complying with applicable pay equity laws.  Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $74,900.00 to a maximum of $140,700.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
