Serve as the subject matter expert and liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to measure performance across multiple functions (Operations, Sales, Underwriting, Finance, Product, and Marketing).
  • Support the development, governance and testing of data warehouse utilizing Microsoft Azure. Design warehouse additions that follow industry standard dimensional modeling techniques. Handle our most complex warehouse projects.
  • Establish reporting standards, templates, and processes to improve consistency and quality across outputs. Including management and Reporting & Analytics backlog inventory reporting to ensure delivery turn-around times.
  • Establish communication strategy to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including leadership, providing regular updates on progress and prioritization.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability of reporting.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards. Continuously participate in training to maintain proficiency and stay current.

What you will bring to C&F:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, data science, finance, or related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • 8 years of progressive experience in a reporting, analytics, or business intelligence role is required

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is required.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouses is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Insurance, financial services or travel industry experience preferred
  • Drive and ability to dig into data while also setting direction for the team. Focused on delivering insights that drive meaningful actions.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently with consideration for prioritization, complexity, influence, and levels of involvement required to advance initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills & stakeholder management. Can bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail
  • Capable of working across complex, decentralized organizations. Establishes scalable processes and reporting standards to support TII’s continued growth.
  • Easily adaptable to changes in business processes, work priorities, and work environment
  • Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, as well as processes and behavior
