Software QA and Data Testing - Temp

 

We are seeking motivated recent graduates for a Software Quality Automation & AI Testing position. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, artificial intelligence, and software quality. You will have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and contribute to innovative automation and AI-driven testing solutions within a collaborative environment, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals.

 

What you will do for C&F:

 

  • Learning & Experimentation:
    Engage in hands-on learning with cutting-edge automation and AI tools in software quality assurance.
    Experiment with new methodologies and technologies to solve real-world testing challenges.
  • Coding Efficiency Enhancement:
    Assist in automating repetitive coding tasks and optimizing code review processes.
  • Automated Documentation and Reporting:
    Support the development of systems for automatic generation and updating technical documentation and test reports.
  • AI-Driven Forms Testing:
    Participate in implementing AI and machine learning solutions for automated forms and UI testing.
  • Test Data Generation (Synthetic Data):
    Help build frameworks for generating synthetic test data for comprehensive, privacy-compliant testing.
  • Continuous Monitoring and Anomaly Detection:
    Contribute to deploying monitoring solutions and using AI/ML for anomaly detection.
  • Performance Testing:
    Assist in automating performance and load testing, integrating metrics into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Defect Prediction and Root Cause Analysis:
    Support predictive analytics for defect anticipation and root cause analysis.
  • Self-Healing Test Scripts:
    Help develop test scripts that adapt automatically to application changes.
  • Intelligent Test Execution:
    Participate in AI-driven test orchestration for optimized execution and resource allocation.
  • Visual Testing and UI Validation:
    Assist in automating visual regression testing and UI validation for consistent user experience.

 

What you will bring to C&F:

 

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, especially AI and automation.
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and software quality assurance.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Crum & Forster is committed to ensuring a workplace free from discriminatory pay disparities and complying with applicable pay equity laws.  Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $41,700.00 to a maximum of $78,400.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
