Job Description

Information about the Role, Line of Business and Team:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Management (KAM) Specialist. This role will play a critical part in fostering strong client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring that Crum & Forster continues to be a trusted collaborative partner within the A&H marketplace. The KAM Specialist will support and grow our portfolio of over 100 MGA partners and distributors, as well as our valued brokers, reinsurers, and TPA partners. This position will work directly with the VP of Strategic Growth & Partnerships and will serve as a vital link between our partners, senior leadership, underwriting teams, shared services, and business development. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-centric mindset, ability to develop and manage partnership strategies.

 

What you will do:

  • Support the VP of Strategic Growth & Partnerships in the management expansion of key accounts across MGA, broker, TPA, and reinsurance relationships.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day partner inquiries, ensuring timely communication and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, compliance, operations, and other shared services teams to deliver seamless support to partners.
  • Assist in the development and execution of account management strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive profitable growth.
  • Track and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth, cross-sell, and improved program outcomes.
  • Coordinate partner review meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation support, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain CRM and account management tools to ensure data accuracy and actionable reporting for senior leadership.
  • Support business development efforts by leveraging existing partner relationships and helping identify expansion opportunities.
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives designed to strengthen Crum & Forster’s market position.

  • Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, account management, or related field; Accident & Health experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel

Crum & Forster is committed to ensuring a workplace free from discriminatory pay disparities and complying with applicable pay equity laws.  Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $46,000.00 to a maximum of $86,500.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
