The Medical Business Unit (SBU) within Accident & Health encompasses multiple profit centers, including Stop Loss, Managed Care, and Ancillary products.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President (SVP) responsible for the overall leadership and oversight of the MBU. This role will focus on coordinating and managing executive scheduling, preparing and organizing strategic materials, and supporting board meetings and related documentation. As a key partner to the SVP, this position will help ensure meetings and materials are efficient and effective, and will facilitate the flow of critical business information across the MBU.
The ideal candidate will possess exemplary time management skills, the ability to anticipate the SVP’s needs, and a professional demeanor. This role requires seamless interaction with senior management, department leaders, and staff across all MBU profit centers as well as shared services. The ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism is essential.

The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $53,400 to a maximum of $78,300. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
